Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Times
We ship from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be shown on the product page.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–4 days for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 21 business days, contact us at  freelapression@gmail.com and we'll help resolve it.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
