Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your LunaGlow products. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at freelapression@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or defective.

Non-Returnable Items Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
